The Sainsbury Centre is a world-class art museum with a unique perspective on how art can foster cultural dialogue and exchange, formally recognising the living lifeforce of art and enabling people to build relationships across an arts landscape.

Home to a global collection of artworks spanning 6,000 years of human imagination and creative power, our curators collaborate with artists to explore the most important questions people have in their lives such as What is Truth? and How Do We Find Love? It is not a museum to only learn more about artists, cultures or movements it is a place of experience, where collections are animate, and visitors are invited to form a personal relationship with art.  The Sainsbury Centre is an international museum for everyone welcoming over 1 million visitors a year to enjoy its collection, housed in a modern architectural icon designed by Sir Norman Foster, and its sculpture park set in 350 acres of parkland. It will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2028.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Production and Media Manager to join the Sainsbury Centre’s Team. We are looking for an exceptional individual ideally with an arts and culture and/or museum background who has drive and passion to deliver the Sainsbury Centre’s message on a worldwide stage.

The Sainsbury Centre takes an innovative approach to digital media and communications. The role of Creative Production and Media Manager plays an important role in generating and communicating digital content around our Living Art concept and our radical exhibition season programming to a global audience. This role involves dynamic and creative thinking to engage online public audiences in new and exciting ways through digital media.

You will be educated to degree level in art, art history, design, anthropology, archaeology or related subject or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience, with evidence of ongoing professional development. You will have highly developed communications skills in the cultural sector, in written, multi-media and verbal form and be able to communicate to senior levels.
