The Festival Producer works with cross-departmental teams to develop and execute Newfields’ seasonal festivals, including Art in Bloom, Harvest and Winterlights. The Festival Producer manages and maintains festival inventory, assists with design and production of new festival components, and the budget relating to festival production, installation, strike, storage and inventory. The Festival Producer ensures that all festivals operate within Newfields’ strategic goals and according to all relevant regulations.
