Creative Art Partners (CAP) is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support ourdynamic team in Los Angeles.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within the art anddesign industry by supporting our Project Managers with high-end projects across residential, corporate, andhospitality spaces.At CAP, we create thoughtfully curated art programs with leading Interior Designers, Architects, and HNWIs.We’re seeking someone who’s energized by collaboration, precision, and creative problem-solving.What You’ll DoAdministrative & Client Support• Support outreach efforts by managing cold emails and responding to inbound client inquiries• Help prepare presentation decks, proposal documents, and wall-specific project materials• Schedule meetings and assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables• Assist with organizing internal files, documents, and weekly reports for leadershipOn-the-Ground Project Assistance• Join walk-throughs and site visits to help document spaces, including taking accurate wall measurementsand installation notes• Act as a connector between the field and internal teams to help ensure smooth coordination and clearcommunication• Support installations and artwork rotations as needed, helping ensure that each project meets CAP’squality standardsWhat We’re Looking For• A self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a “no-task-too-small” mindset• Highly organized with an eye for detail and a natural sense of initiative• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Reliable transportation and comfort navigating Los Angeles for on-site work• A genuine interest in creative industries such as art, design, or architecture is a bonusQualifications• 1+ years of experience in a support, coordination, or operations role (internships included)• Background in hospitality and Client Services a bonus• Strong proficiency in InDesign; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus• Ability to adapt to internal software and new tech• Team-oriented and friendly Why Work with UsYou’ll be part of a company redefining how art is experienced and integrated into modern spaces.
